Cheesemaking Classes Catha is teaching beginning-to-intermediate cheesemaking classes from April thru October.  The classes are hands-on, with a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 8.  The cost is $80.00 per person, with recipe booklet and cheese sampling included.  We meet at Nicholson's Fruit Stand on Highway 97 at 9:45 AM, then drive to the farm.
