In warm weather the shipping charges are figured based on your order's weight, the destination's zip code, and level of service (Overnight or 2 Day).

We ship in the first half of the week, so that your order won't be stuck on a truck over the weekend. If you order during the last half of the week, your order would typically be shipped out the next Monday.

It is impossible to always cut exactly the weight of cheese which you ordered. For example, you may order 16 oz. (1 lb.) but we cut 15 oz. Therefore, the cheese may not be in one piece, there may be a little"taster" piece sent along. We try to cut a little large and eat the "tasters" ourselves!
